Cancellation:
Within 28 days of ‘Booking Date’ 50% of contract price

Insurance & Liability :
Executive Amusements has
£1 million Public & Leisure Liability Insurance – but we stress all participants use the equipment provided or take part in activities supplied at their own risk.
Late Payment :
The payment date stated on the invoice is the latest date we expect to receive payment – for each week, or part week delay there will be a £25.00 charge.

Standard Contract Terms :
Contract is only deemed as confirmed once a signed contract and deposit payment is received.
Where Full Payment is requested prior to the “Booking Date” – the Booking Agreement will act as confirmation but the hire will not take place unless payment is received by the date shown, unless otherwise stated.
Any changes made to contract will be agreed in writing by both parties.
Financial:

Executive Amusements
are not responsible for any parking charges incurred unless started specifically in the contract details – all parking costs are to be covered by the client.

Executive Amusements
reserve the right to charge any individual or company for damage to equipment due to severe negligence or vandalism.
Charge will be made to repair or replace equipment dependant on damage.
·
When
Executive Amusements supply equipment without supervision (Dry Hire) then it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the equipment is returned in the good working condition it was supplied.
Should the equipment be delivered in a damaged state then
Executive Amusements must be informed immediately.
All items should be insured by the hirer against theft and accident liability during hire period.

Returned Cheques – If cheques are returned unpaid
Executive Amusements will raise an invoice for £25.00 to cover all bank charges and administration costs.
Should a cheque be returned for a second time a second invoice for £25.00 + VAT will be raised and payment for this and any other outstanding monies will need to be made by a CHAPS same day transfer.
Health & Safety:

Executive Amusements
reserve the right to stop participation on any activity if they believe the participant to be intoxicated, may have previous injuries which could be aggravated during use of the equipment or have a medical condition – please ask for Risk Assessments for further details.
Executive Amusements also reserve the right to shut down any equipment if they feel that the equipment is in danger of being damaged by guests or consumers, usually due to the general of intoxication.

Executive Amusements
reserve the right to close any equipment that is wet, whether wet by rain or drink.
Where possible equipment will be dried & re-opened.
General:
·
If the Client/Venue is supplying power for any activity
Executive Amusements must be notified if the supply is more than 50ft from where the activities are going to be sited, therefore extra leads will be supplied.
·
I
f running event outside at night and there is not enough light provided, so that participants can see the activity they are using, the equipment will be closed.
·
All equipment is maintained to a high standard and
Executive Amusements cannot be held responsible for unforeseen problems to equipment.
Executive Amusements will endeavour to fix or replace any damaged equipment to the best of their ability on site.
·
If a contracted piece of equipment fails prior to the event date and cannot be fixed,
Executive Amusements will notify the hirer and will offer alternative pieces of equipment or party solution.
If the solution is not accepted by the hirer
Executive Amusements will give a full refund,
but cannot be held liable if losses occur.
·
Executive Amusements
will make every reasonable effort to overcome delays due to adverse traffic or vehicle breakdown but cannot be held responsible for incidents beyond their control.
Time will be made up for late starts if possible.
·
It is agreed between the two parties that if delivery is not possible due to strike action or act of God,
Executive Amusements shall be released from any liability to the Client on advising them of the situation.
·
Cl
ient must advise if get-in and get-out is via stairs, lift, or is awkward in any way.
A site visit can be organised but a charge may be made for time and expenses.
·
Venue or rooms not on ground level –
Executive Amusements will take most equipment up a maximum 10 steps, as long as there is enough width on the stairs, please check whether the equipment booked can be carried up and down steps.
More than 10 steps there must be a suitable lift.

If no lift then staff at venue must be made available,
if
Executive Amusements feel it can be done, to help move equipment in and out of the venue.

If
Executive Amusements have not been advised of awkward get-ins
and thus set-up takes longer than anticipated then
Executive Amusementscannot be held responsible for a late start.
Any delays during get-out
Executive Amusements charge for overtime at a rate of £30.00 per hour or part hour per member of staff.
If lift is used to get in equipment and then breaks down, staff at venue must be provided to remove equipment, also overtime may be charged.
If removal, due to the breakdown of lift, is not possible – then client will be charged for removal at another time.

Unless
Executive Amusements has completed a site visit, access to venue is the responsibility of the Client.
Equipment sizes are available on request.
If access to the venue is such that
Executive Amusements are unable to get equipment in or there is not enough room to set up, then no responsibility is accepted and full payment is due.

Please check prior to booking if
the equipment is to be sited on concrete or tarmac -
Executive Amusements must confirm that the equipment can be used on a hard surface, there must be tie down points and the floor must be clear of sharp objects.
